Stun Rod is a special attack performed by the Blade and F7 in arcade version of the Street Fighter: The Movie game.

Description
Blade or F7 pull out a stun rod. If the opponent is shocked by it they will be knocked down. The longer the punch button is held, the more likely for an opponent to become dizzy after the attack.
