Intro
The main premise of the ride takes place after the game's events (some of the street fighters no longer have vendettas against M. Bison), where Guile and Chun-Li of Interpol enlists Ryu and Ken along their mission to have the dougi-clad duo confront and fight the evil megalomaniacal General of Shadaloo before he escapes from the Street Fighter II video game series itself by entering through his warp-tunnel into the real world to explode it.
Fei Long vs. T. Hawk
It begins where Chun-Li takes blast-off with the hover-craft that scrambles out of the dock with Ryu, Ken and the audience on-board. As she travels them throughout the futuristic nighttime dystopia of Bisonopolis crashing into buildings a few times, the see what appears to be ontop of a building a street fight between Fei Long and T. Hawk.
E. Honda vs. Zangief
Back on task, Chun Li crashes through an M. Bison billboard and spots a Shadaloo war-ship, the heroes tried to chase it until Vega leaps out the ship to talon-slash Chun-Li's hover-craft, she drives past the clawed matador to keep track of the war-ship and spots another street fight between E. Honda and Zangief which distracts the heroes long enough to lost sight of the war-ship until they get sucked into a warp-tunnel created by M. Bison to lure them into his Shadaloo Empire.
Blanka vs. Dhalsim
Warped into an unknown icy-mountain location, where a street fight between Blanka and Dhalsim eruptes with fire and electricity, the wild man-beast then fiercely swats the hover-craft down, thus knocking everyone into the stone-carved dark lair of M. Bison who greets the heroes and audience with an explosive dose of Psycho Power to their hover-craft.
Ryu & Ken vs. Balrog & Sagat
Then M. Bison sends out the lair guardians Balrog and Sagat to attack everyone in the hover-craft as Ryu and Ken jump out to protect everyone with a thumbs-up before street fighting against the two evil bodyguards of M. Bison. Sagat misses Ryu with every thrown attack until Ryu gives the Muay Thai fighter's chest a second Shoryuken, Ken on the other hand loses to Balrog's power punches, causing Ryu to step in to blast away the boxer with a Hadoken.
Ryu & Ken vs. M. Bison
The final street fight starts, as Ryu and Ken attempt to use aerial combos against the General, but no avail due to being too strong and too gigantic to engage in hand-to-hand combat with, M. Bison grabbed both of their kicking legs and body slammed both karatekas on the stone floor. Thinking he had won, Ryu and Ken had no choice but to only use their light energy against M. Bison's dark energy by combining their fierce Hadokens into one blast, causing him to shatter into an oblivion.
Ending
Driving out of the Shadaloo Empire victoriously and flying to Guile's base, in which he himself yells over the speaker that Chun-Li is coming in too fast with the hover-craft and commands her to abort, but she can't dock the landing due to the flying vehicle taking so much damage on the mission, Chun-Li then tells everyone to brace themselves for a crash-landing. Afterward, Guile flies by and checks on the heroes while being accompanied by T. Hawk, Dee Jay, Cammy and other audience passengers of his own. He gives the heroes and the audience an offer to enlist and a thumbs up for being awesome street fighters.
Development
This is designed and produced for simulator rides, as development of the project first began after the release of the Street Fighter Collection for the 3D home consoles to promote the game.
Trivia
- Akuma is nowhere to be seen in this short.
- The Hadoken is depicted as being an explosion of ki-force rather than a projectile ball of ki-force.
- During the final battle scene, Ryu yells to M. Bison "I'm gonna rip your heart out!", only for him to reply "I don't have a heart!" This is a nod to what Guile said to M. Bison in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie.
- Much like the live-action movie Street Fighter: The Ultimate Battle, M. Bison goes by the rank of General.
- Sagat's depiction is the only one that is inaccurate. His behavior and voice is similar to Adon, and his boxing trunks are red with white accents.
- To further add, M. Bison is Sagat's height, while Sagat is vice versa.
