Description

Garuda takes a horse stance (always facing to the foreground on the left, or background on the right) as he braces his arms together, summoning a swirl of pale/green flames (will-o-wisps) to circle around his torso + head. He then afterwards waves his arms to then throw the flames ahead as they torpedo towards his foe, acting as a multi-hitting projectile.

The attack can be held down to have Garuda remain in his stance to have the flames continuously swirl around him before he fires them upon releasing, which acts as a hitbox that can negate incoming projectiles and also damage the opponent by continuously launching them per hit when within range.
